Today an average individual who wants to invest in one's health is often confused. Do I do Yoga, aerobics, weight training, kick-boxing, pilates, Qi-Gong ? What is it that I need to do to get my health on track? There is another group who do not workout due 2 reasons.
(1) Commute to work - Traveling back and forth takes a lot of time these days due to the volume of traffic and also due to the distance to the place of work
(2) Gym memberships - A lot of people start with a lot enthusiasm but loose the interest down the lane due to a variety of reasons. The first one is not being able to see fast results. The second reason is people feel embarrassed to jump back on the wagon after a break (even it it was a legitimate one). I will be discussing in detail how to tackle these issues in my upcoming posts.

Right in the comforts of your home. The only equipment you'd need would be your own body and some space, well ventilated of course.

Like the Chinese proverb, "The Journey of a 1000 miles, begins with the a single step". Just get into the working out mode or mind-set. Then later you will have better clarity as to where you want to go.
